Personal History:

Kit was born and raised in the small town of Bassett, VA nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. She attended Sanville Elementary School, Samuel H. Hairston Middle School, Geroge Washington High School, Patrick Henry Community College, and Henry County Public Schools and Memorial Hospital School of Practical Nursing School.

Being brought up in the Baptist faith Kit attends Blackberry Baptist Church. At the age of 12 she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and savior.

After working in the offices of the furniture industry Kit pursued her career in nursing. First she worked as a CNA then returned to school and obtained her LPN. Today she works as a Private Duty Nurse for Carilion Health Systems. Wilson has returned to college in pursuit of her ADN-RN at Jefferson College of Health Sciences.

Since the early age of eleven Kit has been writing poetry. But, her writing career didn't begin until 2002 when she entered a poem on poetry.com. Kit's poem "Every Drop of the Rain" was published in the book Patterns of Life.

Today and several books later Kit balances writig,nursing,and returning to RN School, along with taking care of her husband,Ares,the Siberian Husky and Melvin's Walker Coonhounds (Sizzling Susie, Rattling Runt, and Busting Buck).

I like most any kind of movie-action, scary, romance, mystery, etc.

I like a variety of music:clasical, country, hip hop, R & B, rock, heavy metal, spiritual.

Favorite Hobbies:
Writing, reading, computers and Internet, movies, music, dancing, traveling, Nascar, most of all spending time with Melvin and Ares.

I have traveled in all but 13 states of the USA along with Melvin and Ares. I am adventureous and enjoy learning new things.
